Trade agreement with Diagnostica Marche SRL – Italy

The management board of BIOMASS ENERGY PROJECT S.A. (“Company”, “Listed Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a trade agreement with Diagnostica Marche SRL from Italy concerning joint business activities in the medical sector, especially associated with the distribution of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines and tests in Italy as well as the supply of equipment necessary to distribute the vaccines, including refrigerated transport.

The agreement was signed for a period of 2 years. Through its international branch, Biomass Energy Project S.A. has entered the medical market for the European Union.
